Metaalunie Terms & Conditions
All our quotations, all orders placed with us and all agreements concluded with us are subject to the Metaalunie Terms & Conditions, filed with the Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam, as they read in the text most recently filed there. The delivery conditions will be sent to you on request.

Obligations of Resellers
Resellers of machines produced by Hoopman Machines B.V. in Aalten, the Netherlands, under the Holaras brand name are obliged to hand over the user manual, which is delivered with the machine, to the user (purchaser). The reseller is also obliged to make every effort to ensure safe and proper use of the machine.

Prices
The prices and technical data contained in the price list are non-binding and subject to change without notice. All previous price lists are hereby cancelled.

Technical Specifications
Illustrations, sizes and weights are not binding. Construction changes reserved and subject to change without notice. Several Holaras machines and systems are patented
The Holaras machines comply with the European Machinery Directive (CE marking). The identification plate attached to the machine must never be removed, as this will result in the expiration of any warranty agreements and rights.

Warranties - Claims
These are assessed and processed against the warranty conditions established by Hoopman Machines B.V. and in deviation to the Metaalunie Terms & Conditions. Any claims must be submitted in writing within three days. Read the warranty conditions here and download the warranty form >>
