At EuroTier, we will present the prototype Bedding scraper! A project started by an enthusiastic group of third-year mechanical engineering students. The Box Leveler is an essential tool for modern animal husbandry, designed to keep cow cubicles clean, comfortable and safe. This innovative tool, easily attached to the shovel, ensures an even and flat distribution of bedding, providing cows with an optimal resting place every day.
The bedding groomer is perfect for both fine litter such as sawdust, sand and dry compost, as well as heavier materials. With a hydraulically driven rotating disc fitted with strong teeth, litter and soils are thoroughly levelled and scraped loose. The flexible arm is hydraulically adjustable and can pivot up to 180 degrees, giving you full control over the working angle.
